The Market Gardeners Limited’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Rydges Latimer Christchurch. It will again be a hybrid event, with all shareholders able to attend in-person or online using the Zoom platform.

The meeting will be followed by drinks and nibbles from approximately 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Registering your attendance at the AGM

In-person: Shareholders planning to attend the AGM in-person are requested to RSVP (for catering purposes) at: www.mggroup.co.nz/agmrsvp

Online: Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting online must register at: www.mggroup.co.nz/onlineagmrsvp

NOTE: A link for the online meeting will then be sent to you via email nearer the time. 

Appointing a proxy

Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, can do so at: www.mggroup.co.nz/proxy

The details required to complete the proxy form (such as the unique voting number) were sent to shareholders by letter / email on 21 October 2024. Please note that your vote or proxy must be received before 5.00 pm on Tuesday 19 November 2024.
